Location is top-notch, right by the U-bahn, makes it easy to get around Berlin! Reception staff were super friendly and even helped me with local tips. The room had a massive window with a lekker street view, made the space feel so bright and open!

I also found the staff quite unhelpful when I requested an extra pillow. they had none available, forcing me to purchase one nearby. basic amenities like soap were not provided, which was quite disappointing.
